1. Data We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you contact us or enter into a Service Agreement, the Company may collect your name, job title, organisation, business email address, and phone number.

Data processed in service delivery

Our services involve AI Agents that produce documents and structured outputs based on two categories of input: information and documents provided by the client, and publicly available data sourced for the purpose of the engagement. Client-provided inputs may include reports, drawings, specifications, correspondence, instrument readings, internal documents, operational records, and related project materials, much of it unstructured. The Company processes this data to produce the agreed outputs under the applicable Service Agreement, and to derive anonymised learnings from the engagement as described in Section 2. Where the Company sets up a sovereign knowledge layer for a client, it organises the client’s data into a structured, searchable layer governed in accordance with the Service Agreement. No user accounts are created and no personal data is stored on an ongoing basis beyond what is necessary to deliver the engagement or as agreed in the Service Agreement.

When you visit www.lantanaai.com, the Company may collect your IP address, browser type, and session data via cookies for basic analytics and site functionality. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures page views and visits in aggregate without using cookies.

2. How We Use Your Data

• The Company uses data to respond to enquiries; to enter into and perform Service Agreements; to operate our AI agents to produce the outputs your engagement requires; to learn from our engagements and to develop, improve, and commercialise the Company’s AI agents and products, using learnings derived in aggregated, anonymised, or de-identified form that do not identify you or disclose your confidential data; and to comply with applicable laws.
• The Company does not sell personal data or use it for unsolicited marketing.

3. Data Sharing

• The Company does not sell or trade data.
• The Company engages third-party AI infrastructure and cloud service providers who process data only as necessary to deliver the service and are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• The Company may disclose data where required by law or a regulatory authority.

4. Data Retention

• Data provided for an engagement is retained only for the duration necessary to deliver the agreed outputs and for any period thereafter required by law or our legitimate interests. It is then securely deleted or anonymised.
• The Company does not maintain persistent client data stores between engagements unless expressly agreed in the Service Agreement, for example where a sovereign knowledge layer is set up for the client. In that case, ownership, access, location, and retention are set out in the Service Agreement.

5. International Data Transfers

• The Company is incorporated in Singapore. Our team works across Europe, Asia, and the United States, and data may be accessed or processed in those and other jurisdictions, including by infrastructure or AI service providers.

6. Cookies

• Our website uses essential cookies for functionality and, where consent is given, analytics cookies to understand visitor behaviour in aggregate.
• You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

• Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, or deletion of personal data the Company holds about you. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.
